We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Company Checks and Cash. NO Personal Checks A deposit, purchase order or full payment is required to book. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to each booking. Final payments of cash or company checks are due upon delivery. Our drivers do not make change for cash payments. The exact amount or money order will be due on delivery. Credit card payments will not be processed once the driver has picked up his paper work. If you would like to pay the final amount by credit card call the office at least 2 days prior to your delivery day.

Customer Requirements: Inflatable location must be within 100' of dedicated 20 amp electrical outlets (Moon-walker supplies extension cords for inflatables only) Customer's water hose needs to reach to location of wet units. All Moon-Walker equipment requires attendants, customer or paid Moon-Walker attendants.
Some equipment will be labeled with the following: Drive & Drop equipment means we must be able to drive up to the setup/pickup location. Some equipment for an additional $50 service charge can be delivered. Not all equipment has to be a drive and drop, check with your event coordinator.
Trailer Access means we will be bringing the equipment on a trailer that will require an opening as wide as a car to fit through. Some trailers can be walked, others cannot. This equipment will stay on the trailer. Check with your event coordinator.
Some areas may have a service fee for mileage. Check with your event coordinator.
Extended 2 Hour Event or Late Night Event $25.00
Early scheduled Delivery times before 8 AM additional $25.00 (Regularly scheduled Delivery hours 8 AM - 8 PM with a minimum delivery window of 1 hour)
Day before Early Delivery $35. The Driver will call to arrange the Delivery Time on the day of your delivery. The Drivers first priority are events occurring the day of then he will work on early deliveries for events occurring the next day. An early delivery does not constitute an additional day rental. If you would like a set delivery time you will need to do an additional day rental.
Late Night scheduled Pickup times after 8 PM additional $25.00 (Regularly scheduled Pickup hours 8 AM - 8 PM, with a minimum pick up window of 1 hour, pickups may be done up until midnight) Some equipment may be picked up at 7 AM if the Moon-Walker driver chooses to.
Guaranteed Overnight (pickup after 7am next day) $35.00
